" />I was always the girl in college who had her camera in her purse, ready to take pictures at any time or place. Once I graduated, I became fascinated by the art of photography, and I decided that I needed a "big" camera (this is still how I distinguish my Canon DSLR from my point & shoot purse camera today). I made the investment and just started taking pictures.
As I got better, I was asked to take a couple of weddings and engagement photo sessions. Wedding photography soon became a passion of mine. However, it wasn't until our little girl, Noelle, was born that I realized what my true photography passion was-- children and familes.
I believe in capturing children the way they are...whether they are playing in the yard or with a favorite toy, sucking a thumb, blowing a spit bubble, or eating some dirt. I like natural light, natural setting photography, and if your child happens to be in his favorite mismatched outfit, that makes it all the better. They are only this little once.
I specialize in newborn, infant, and child photography, as well as families, couples, and maternity. However, I am always open to new ideas and opportunities.
